The Coppell Rotary invites Creekview to join your neighbors in displaying the U.S. Flag on the five major holidays. We purchase the flags, display, store and maintain them-it’s all done for you. Rotarians or neighborhood Boy Scout Troops will deliver, set and pick up flags.
When you submit your tax deductible donation, you will have a flag placed in your front yard for each of the 5 yearly, patriotic flag holidays (Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Patriot Day, and Veterans Day). First, we will drill a hole in your yard about a foot in from the curb and in line with your front door. Next, we will place a plastic sleeve in the hole (below mowing level) and mark it’s location with a discrete spray paint line on your curb. Then, for each flag holiday, we will mount a 3’x 5’ American flag and take it down after the holiday.
The cost for Veterans Day 2015 and the 5 holidays of 2015 is only $48. Only $8 per holiday! It makes it easy to display your patriotic pride and support your local youth organizations.
